State agencies, county courthouses, school districts, public power districts, and carriers change phone numbers, hours, addresses, and procedures with little notice. Numbers get reassigned. Offices reorganize. The numbering itself moves too. In eastern Nebraska, 402 and 531 cover the same ground, and 2025 reporting said that shared pool is running down faster than expected, which keeps relief planning open. We work to keep these pages current, but no detail here is guaranteed correct at the moment you read it. Call the office and confirm before you rely on a number.
